A Campus Recruitment Process for the Post of Officer in Junior Management Grade I for Branch Banking Role for Federal Bank will be organized at Gauhati University on 27-11-2019.

They are looking for dynamic candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be hand-picked from our institution. They propose to conduct the campus recruitment process for students of our university who are pursuing the Final year / Semester of Post-Graduation in  MBA /M Com/MSc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) /MA - Economics  during the current academic year (2019-20) for the role of Officer in Junior Management Grade I in Branch Banking Role.

Candidates shall be advised to enter a valid e-mail ID and mobile number, as all the necessary correspondences will be routed through the e-mail ID & mobile number entered by them at the time of registration.

The Campus Recruitment Process comprises of various stages includes Online Assessments, Group Discussion, Robotic Interview, Verification Process, Scenario Based Assessments and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection which will be decided by the Bank. Out of which Online Assessments, Group Discussion & Personal Interview will be the three stages of eliminations and candidates found competent to be positioned in the profile offered by the Bank will be issued provisional offer letters for selection in Office in Junior Management Grade I for Branch Banking Role, subsequent to conclusion of the selection process.

The Online Aptitude Test consists of 75 questions spread across 5 sections and total time allotted for the test is 60 minutes. There will be negative marks at the rate of 0.25 for each wrong answer. The Online Aptitude Test will immediately be followed by a psychometric assessment for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.

The whole selection process is carried through ‘Fed-Recruit’ Mobile Application and all candidates should compulsorily carry a Smartphone for participating in the selection process. They are requested to download the application and upload all the necessary documents / certificates in proof of their eligibility in the ‘Fed-Recruit’ app at least one day before the online assessments.
